There are two options for ordering supplements.

Option 1

If you know what you need, simply email us at DrAmyAssistant@gmail.com. We will complete the order for you.
PLEASE NOTE: if you need Osteo-K mini, Private Label items, or Metagenics, you must use this option as you won’t find these on the on-line store.

Option 2
